Iron Sharpens Iron is a one-day equipping conference for men and local churches. The conference offers 2 keynote speakers, leaders in ministry to men, and 16 different seminars specifically for men on issues relevant to men.

WHY SHOULD I TAKE MY MEN TO ISI?

 Equip  Iron Sharpens Iron is an equipping conference for men. We not only seek to build up men as individuals, but we strive to help and support the local church by providing seminars to equip men to minister to other men in their own local church. Our main objective is to support you, the local church pastor and your men's ministry leaders.

 Growth  This conference is not just for leaders. You just never know who God is incubating a new ministry in. You may have a man sitting in the wings right now that God is preparing to use to minister to other men. Don't limit your men's ministry leadership to just a few. Bring as many men as you can and help them to spread their ministry wings.

 Fellowship  We encourage you to bring any and all your men to ISI. It is a great time for your men to experience being with other Christian men from other churches in your community and region, fostering unity in the body of Christ. Remember we also encourage you to bring your young men ages 13 and up.

 Worship  During the three main sessions, ISI provides a masculine worshipful atmosphere where any man can engage the rising and living God. The music will be Spirit-filled praise and worship blending both classic hymns and contemporary Christian music geared towards men.

Keynote Speakers:

     Carey Casey

is CEO of the National Center for Fathering and is listed in Who's Who in Black America.  He has been featured in many national publications including the New Your Times, Christianity Today and Leadership Magazine.  He was also an authentic athlete in the Award Winning movie, Remember the Titans.  In 1988 Casey served as chaplain at the Summer Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea and had the same role for the Dallas Cowboys from 1983 to 1988 under Hall of Fame Coach, Tom Landry.  Carey and his family live in Kansas City.

    Vince D'Acchioli

is Founder and President of Target Ministries and is committed to helping men live out the biblical model of manhood.  With more than 30 years of leadership experience in both business and full-time ministry, Vince is a stimulating speaker, author and consultant with a great sense of humor and dynamic motivational approach.  He is author of Wired to Work and co-author of Effective Men's Ministry.  Vince and his family live in Colorado Springs.
